Archbold Memorial Hospital will be conducting an emergency preparedness exercise. This exercise will involve law enforcement and other first responders. There will be street closures around the hospital and Jerger Elementary, preventing entrance to or exiting of the Jerger campus.

The events and commotion associated with the exercise will be very realistic, and it is important that you know and understand that it is only a DRILL.  ALL Thomasville City Schools are on lockdown as part of this drill.

Your students who attend Thomasville City Schools are safe, but all Thomasville City Schools will use this opportunity to practice its “lockdown” protocols.  During the drill, access to our schools and students will not be allowed per our current protocols.

Again, Archbold hospital is conducting a DRILL to test its emergency preparedness. Your students are safe at school and are participating in their school’s lockdown drill.

See attached information.

Thank you for your support of Thomasville City Schools.
